If our organization is accepted to participate, we agree to abide by all rules and guidelines of the United Irish American Association, especially relating to dignity and proper attire in keeping with the religious theme of the St. Patrick's Day Parade. We agree that none of our participants will have alcohol or smoking materials in the line up area or on the Parade Route.

The annual St. Patrick's Day Parade will take place on Sunday, March 16, 2008 on Delaware Avenue in Buffalo at 2:00 PM.

We have enclosed an application to participate in the 2008 St. Patrick's Day Parade for you to complete and return to us. (By mail to: United Irish American Association, c/o 182 Southwood Drive, Tonawanda, New York 14223 or Fax 873-1091)

All further correspondence from us, including acceptance to participate, parade orders and route instructions will be sent to the address you list on the application.

The theme for the 2008 St Patrick's Day Parade is: All Hail to St Patrick - God Bless America - Support Our Troops.
